About

me

I’m deeply passionate about fostering inclusive spaces and supporting groups in addressing issues of inclusion and belonging. I work at the intersection of inclusion and business development. I do this by working across South Africa and Europe as an inclusion advisor to large businesses, as well as coaching early-stage businesses run by underrepresented founders. One of my key strengths lies in my coaching mindset, which I bring to every aspect of my work. By combining my training in international diplomacy with my background in product development coaching, project implementation, and workshop facilitation, I apply systems thinking to effectively navigate the complexities of fostering collaboration and achieving exceptional outcomes among diverse groups.
